You have a decision to make. I have made a few of those.
1:1 sessions for anyone working out their next move, in tech or outside it. The certification behind them covers any profession.
Whatever the calendar shows is genuinely open, evenings included. Pick the hour that suits you.
I’m a certified coaching specialist (Ministry of Education, Romania, 2024). Two groups tend to find me: people weighing a serious career decision in any field, and juniors or students taking their first steps into tech. I mentored kids at CoderDojo from 2015 to 2019, and I have been training professionals in classrooms since 2022. On TikTok I answer career questions as “coach-ul IT-ist”. I keep only a few coaching slots open at a time, so the ones I take get real attention.
How it works
We start with a free 30-minute call, so we both find out whether this is useful. After that you book single 60-minute sessions whenever you need one, without a package or a commitment. Most people arrive with one of the four below.
What a session looks like
Four things people bring me, and what we do with them in the hour.
CV Review
What your CV actually tells the person reading it, and what to cut so the right things stand out.
Interview Prep
Preparation for the interview in front of you, technical or not, with a practice run and candid feedback.
Career Direction
Where to go next: the step up to a senior role, a move into something different, or leaving the field altogether.
Something else
Whatever field you’re in, if there’s a career decision on your table, bring it.
How the hour runs
- We start with two points. Where you are now, and where you want to be. I ask, you talk, I take notes.
- Then we work the gap. Whatever sits between those two points: the CV, the interview coming up, the decision that has been waiting a while.
- You leave with it written down. The next steps in plain words, short enough to start on this week.
What I use
- SMART goals when the target is vague: specific, measurable, with a date on it, so you can tell whether you got there.
- The GROW frame for direction conversations: goal, reality, options, way forward. It keeps the hour pointed forward.
- Mock interviews with feedback on the spot: I play the interviewer, we stop where it wobbles, and I tell you what I heard.
- A structured CV and portfolio review, read the way the person hiring will read it.
- A 30/60/90-day plan when you leave with a direction: what to do this month, next month, and the one after.

Not sure where to start?
Write me a few lines about what you’re weighing. If coaching is the wrong tool for it, I’ll say so.
